Des Moines Marina Oktoberfest Expands With First-Ever “Prost! The OktoberCrawl”

​

Des Moines Marina Oktoberfest is expanding with the launch of Prost! The OktoberCrawl™, a curated 4–5 hour German-themed walking experience through the Marina District featuring local restaurants serving German beer pairings and Oktober-inspired bites.

 

Guests are invited to don traditional lederhosen and dirndls while strolling through downtown Des Moines and visiting participating restaurants offering festive food, beer specials, and unique Oktoberfest-style creations.

 

“Our goal is to bring the Oktoberfest spirit out into the streets, combining great food, local businesses, and community fun,” said Bettina Carey, Producer of Prost! The OktoberCrawl™.

 

“This is about supporting our local restaurants while extending the Oktoberfest spirit throughout the Marina District. Prost! The OktoberCrawl™ adds a boutique, curated experience for the community and visitors alike.”
