We’re now selecting restaurant partners for Prost! The OktoberCrawl™, a curated Oktoberfest-style walking experience through downtown Des Moines as part of Des Moines Marina Oktoberfest.

 

This high-energy, 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM evening event brings guests directly into participating locations to enjoy festive bites, German beer pairings, and a lively community atmosphere.​

🍻 The Opportunity​

As a participating stop, your business will:

 

• Receive guaranteed foot traffic from 50-75+ attendees

• Be featured in event passports, maps, and major signage

• Gain exposure through quarterly promotions and social media

• Be included in the Oktoberfest Sweepstakes

• Showcase your menu to new and returning customers

 

🍽 Participation Details

To participate, restaurants agree to:

 

• Provide a complimentary German-inspired bite (sample size)

• Offer a German beer pairing (sample pour or featured special)

• Welcome guests during the crawl experience

• Allow a brief roaming musician performance (~20 minutes)

• Contribute a $50 gift card for the event sweepstakes

• Pay a $250 participation fee (marketing + promotion)

 

Guests are encouraged to stay, explore, and purchase additional menu items.
